They were very polite kind and professional my son who is 11 years old really enjoyed the experience they made him feel welcomed they answered all of our questions. The office environment was very welcoming it is very clean. They were also very patient with my son and they explained everything that they were doing as they were doing it and made sure that he understood what was going on they also went over all of my options with me and told me the next steps that would be taken as well as the best course to take with my son. Over all it was a wonderful experience and we had 0 complaints
