We were referred to this place by my kids’ dentist for braces. First of all, there's plenty of parking and it is conveniently located nearby a major freeway. This place is spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. The work/treatment was smooth. My daughter had no complaints. We are looking forward to seeing the results, in two years'' time.

We have been going to Parkside orthodontist for over a year and the staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. My son broke his equipment annd even though the orthodontist was not in Sonia and Jessica were able to get me in first thing in the morning and get the problem fixed. I am very pleased with the service here.

I recently had my Ortho treatment started at Parkfield and I only have great things to say about everyone who works here! From the moment I entered, the front staff was very welcoming. Erica explained all the initial paperwork and will help you understand any financial details about your treatment.Natalie was the assistant who took care of me. Getting your braces put on is a long process but Natalie made sure I was comfortable the entire time and made it feel like it went by very fast. Dr. Michelle was also very kind and gentle. Overall I will definitely be recommending this office to all my friends and family.

Very good overall experience with Parkfield. Have two kids going through braces at the same time. The autopay and payment plan has been very helpful and neither of the girls will be in braces as long as we initially thought. I asked one of the kids if she was excited to have them off and she said “not really. I like them!” I think that says it all.
