Karen was so sweet she ran me through everything that was being done. There was no confusion and if so, she would clarify very well and once again she was so sweet, caring, and gentle.

We were a few minutes late to our appointment yet we were greeted and seen right away. Natalie assisted us today. She asked all the questions necessary and relayed them accordingly to the doctor. Her kindness switch our start to the day after the hectic start we had. We thank you!
