My grandson got his braces removed today. Karen the orthodontic assistant was very friendly, made sure all my questions was answered explained everything in detail as to what all is required for after care. Karen showed the customer Experience that me as a customer love to get when interacting with a business.. Keep up the good work Karen! Thanks
